Edwina Combe, She/They, Naarm/Melb.

Edwina Combe is a multidisciplinary artist who works with expressions of emotions through empathic visual language. Focusing on how introspective/external perceptions, illness, and reflective processes affect identity. Recently they have been creating work that builds an abstracted form of narrative surrounding grieving/healing with slow-process art forms such as super 8 film and self-developed film photography. Using images, snippets of video, and sound to offer glimpses into the cycle of the stages of processing these emotions.
